The eVisit portal

The eVisit portal is a user-friendly, one-page visit planning portal that offers automatic alerts, detailed reports, and customisable features like user roles, approval workflows and form fields. It integrates with AALA and LOtC, supports staff certifications, includes dynamic risk assessments, and allows unlimited imports from pupil management systems.

 

It also:

 

  • Allows schools to develop their own bank of resources for ease of use

  • Offers an explicit approval process for activity leaders within schools for example for Duke of Edinburgh.

  • It is easy to clone and amend prior plans

The course includes:

  • How to create a basic session plan e.g. Day visit for Adventure activities off-site led by a provider

  • How to create other ‘Category C’ visit plans e.g. International ski visit

​

  • How approval flows work

​

  • How to add a new member of staff or volunteer

  • How to amend an existing member of staff or re-set a password

 

  • How to create a repeat visit

 

  • How to endorse a member of staff to lead an activity e.g. Field Studies

 

  • How to create your own own bank of resources for ease of use
